    Vancouver Island’s newest attraction and a Victoria must-do experience.

    Malahat SkyWalk is British Columbia’s newest visitor destination. Just 35 minutes north of Victoria,
    British Columbia, Canada, where the forested mountains drop away to the Pacific Ocean this incredible,
    accessible experience includes a 600m elevated walk through the forest canopy leading to a 32m
    sightseeing tower offering breathtaking views as far as the eye can see. Guests can find a deeper
    connection to nature, learning about the trees, birds, animals, and marine life of this coastal region
    unique to B.C.

    Malahat SkyWalk is located on the traditional territory of the Malahat Nation and their
    Indigenous stories are embedded throughout the experience.

    Nature in its purest form, the views from the Malahat Skywalk are 250m above sea level. Breathe in the beauty of the Salish Sea, as well as Mt. Baker, Finlayson Arm, the Saanich Peninsula, and the islands of two countries.

    The Malahat Skywalk is wheelchair and stroller friendly – including the TreeWalk, Spiral Tower, and all Welcome Centre facilities.

     

    Fun from top to bottom

    With a 20m spiral slide from the top, you can walk along the treetops before taking the alternative (and quick) route.

    Take a step onto the Adventure Net, suspended in the centre of the tower, for unmatched views of the forest and spiraling structure below you.

    This (Bear Mountain Resort – Mountain Course, on the Vancouver Island Golf Trail) is my new favourite golf course – I just love the layout. It’s really one of the prettiest golf courses I’ve played in my life, I’ll come back here on vacation, it’s that good.
