Are you passionate about golf and content creation? Golf Vancouver Island is searching for two Vancouver Island locals to showcase our partner courses on the north and south regions of the golf trail for the spring and fall seasons!
Who is an Ideal Candidate?
- Someone who currently lives in either Campbell River / Comox Valley (north region) or Victoria / Langford (south region). Please note we are looking for two candidates on the island, one in Campbell River / Comox Valley and the other in Victoria / Langford, to showcase the partner courses on those sides of the Golf Trail.
- Has reliable transportation to access and return from partner courses.
- Has a somewhat flexible schedule over 2 months.
- Knows the lingo and how to play/swing.
- Have experience in content creation, both in photo and video (reel) form.
- Comfortable in front of the camera and meeting / interviewing people (golf pros).

- Create a reel (shot on your phone) that showcases your personality, content creation skills, and golf abilities, as well as why we should choose you to be one of our golf ambassadors (have fun with it! You don’t have to be a professional creator, just someone who looks like they know what they are doing).
- Tag us and add the hashtag #GVIAmbassador
- We will then connect with our chosen applicants for an interview.

Our Expectations
- Produce monthly (real-time) reel and photo content for us to share on Golf Vancouver Island’s social media platforms.
- Monthly virtual check-ins with the Golf Vancouver Island team to outline needs and priority shots.
- Flexibility to create content for the 2026 spring and fall seasons (total of 2 months per season).
